Auf der gesamten Hin- und R\u00fcckfahrt ist uns keine Minute langweilig. Svend wird als Fahrer \u00fcber diese 50 Meilen viel abverlangt, das Tempo ist schnell und Sicherheitsabstand scheint hier unbekannt zu sein.<\/p>\n<p>Vor der imposanten Br\u00fccke halten wir auf dem grossz\u00fcgig angelegten &#8222;Rest Area&#8220; zur Foto- und Erholungspause. Besonders beeindruckend die Abw\u00e4rtsfahrt von der Br\u00fccke, wo die Tampa Bay ihre volle Sch\u00f6nheit zur Geltung bringt.<\/p>\n<p>In St.Petersburg finden wir dann im historischen Universit\u00e4tsviertel einen g\u00fcnstigen Parkplatz. Die H\u00e4user hier sind teilweise im\u00a0Stil\u00a0 &#8222;Dutch Colonial Revival Style&#8220; angelegt und\u00a0 erinnern daran, dass Florida zu den S\u00fcdstaaten\u00a0geh\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sind gespannt auf das Dali Museum.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Privatsammlung von Werken des spanischen Malers und Surrealisten Salvador Dali liegt im Hafenviertel von St. Peterburg. Im Museum findet gerade eine Frida-Kahlo-Ausstellung statt. Ideenreich und einf\u00fchlsam aufbereitet. treten wir die R\u00fcckfahrt an. Ein sch\u00f6ner Sonnenuntergang k\u00fcndigt sich an. Spontan beschlie\u00dfen wir, nach Anna Maria Island an der Nordspitze von Longboot-Key zu fahren. Der Strand dort ist wei\u00df und verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig unber\u00fchrt.\u00a0H\u00e4user in jedem Stil und jeder Preisklasse. Weit genug vom Massentourismus entfernt. Ber\u00fchmt f\u00fcr gro\u00dfartige Sonnenunterg\u00e4nge. Man trifft kaum eine Menschenseele.
